1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing Marble Battle Arena (the "Game"), provided by Remora Worlds ("we", "us", or "our") via Telegram Mini Apps, web browsers, or mobile platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or access the Game.

2. Eligibility & Account Use

Marble Battle Arena is designed for general entertainment. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Telegram account and game sessions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in unfair play, cheating, or abusive behavior in multiplayer matches.

3. Virtual Items, Currency & Gameplay Progression

The Game may feature virtual currency (e.g., Gold Coins, Diamonds), custom marble strikers, badges, and cosmetic customizations:

• Virtual items and currencies have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency unless explicitly provided through certified Web3/TON ecosystem protocols.
• All virtual goods earned or acquired in-game are licensed to you on a limited, revocable, non-transferable basis for personal gameplay entertainment.

4. User Conduct and Fair Play

To ensure a fun and competitive environment for all players, you agree NOT to:

• Use automated bots, cheats, exploit glitches, or employ third-party software that alters game physics or outcomes.
• Harass, spam, or transmit malicious code or offensive content to other players or within community duel chats.
• Attempt unauthorized access to backend servers, APIs, or database records.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All game assets, physics engines, UI designs, code, audio, graphics, and trademarks are the intellectual property of Remora Worlds. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Game without prior written authorization.

6. Third-Party Platforms & TON Ecosystem

Marble Battle Arena operates within third-party environments such as Telegram Mini Apps and the TON blockchain ecosystem. Your interaction with these platforms is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Remora Worlds is not liable for any interruptions, network latency, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Game.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the Game following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
